Philadelphia District Attorney and ATF Announce Verdict in Witness Intimidation Case

ATF has yielded a guilty verdict in an important witness intimidation case. On June 16, 2015, Shaheed Williams and Aki Jones were convicted by a jury of Attempted Murder, Aggravated Assault, Witness Intimidation, Conspiracy and related charges. Shaheed Williams and Aki Jones will be sentenced on September 21, 2015.

ATF Seattle: Second of Two Men Sentenced in Bank Robbery in Twin Falls

Second of Two Men Sentenced in Bank Robbery in Twin Falls

 

Juan Loredo, 22, of Salinas, California, was sentenced today to 155 months in prison followed by five years of supervised release for bank robbery by use of dangerous weapons, and brandishing of firearms during the commission of a felony offense.

Bridgeport Man Sentenced to 7 Years in Prison for Role in Drug Robbery Scheme

 

Humberto Soto, 27, of Bridgeport, was sentenced today by U.S. District Judge Jeffrey Alker Meyer in Bridgeport to 84 months of imprisonment, followed by five years of supervised release, for planning to conduct an armed robbery of narcotics stash house.
