Drug Trafficker Sentenced to 108 Months in Federal Prison on Firearms and Drugs Convictions Jesse Rodriguez, 35, was sentenced on Wednesday by U.S. District Judge Sam A. Lindsay to serve a total of 108 months in federal prison. Rodriguez pleaded guilty in September 2014 to one count of conspiracy to distribute cocaine and heroin and one count of possessing a firearm in furtherance of that drug trafficking crime.
