Adams, Jr. Age: 47 Gender: Male Status: Volunteer Years of Service: <1 Date of Incident: 01/02/2016 Time of Incident: 1240hrs Date of Death: 01/02/2016
Fire Department: Spring Arbor Township Fire Department Address: 111 E. Main Street, Spring Arbor, MI 48283 Incident Description: Firefighter Trainee Adams was participating in search and rescue training at the local fire academy. He became ill and momentarily lost consciousness. Displaying heart attack-like symptoms, he was transported by ambulance to the hospital. Firefighter Trainee Adams passed away at the hospital later that evening from a cause yet to be determined.
