Man Convicted for Bronx Home Invasion Robbery of Quadriplegic and Others Preet Bharara, the United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York, Delano A. Reid, Special Agent in Charge of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), and William Bratton, Commissioner of the New York City Police Department (NYPD), announced today that RALPH NOLAN was found guilty of conspiracy to commit robbery, attempted robbery, and brandishing a firearm during and in relation to the attempted robbery following a one-week trial before United States District Judge George B. Daniels. The jury convicted NOLAN Friday, April 10, 2015, for his role in connection with a December 2013 home invasion robbery in the Bronx, New York.
