Well let's start with Drums itself at times it was used in Marching by Adolf Hitler in the Late 1930's many other Counties used Drums such as Russia (Soviet Union) some drilling of The Army Ranger Lead and many of United States Navy Band Members and remember such was still not authority to Public in The United States yet many films of the 1930's into 1940's brought in Drums to popular in recuts of film.
