Pacific Westerly Stream continue and Increase some River Flow in The Western United States

Precipitation is increasing mainly forecast Mountain drainage and in
some River stations are reporting increase in hights by holding back
to Tidal influence then releasing to follow tides so not to affect
riparian rights down river - current stopping process of illgal use of
Station Locations to rip the Levee as seen in coastal Rip Tides - The
