PSTA Heads to East Lake for First Public Workshop  St. Petersburg, Fla. - The Pinellas Suncoast Transit Authority (PSTA) is holding its first public workshop today at the East Lake Library, 4125 East Lake Road South, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. to discuss the first phase of a proposed service redesign and upcoming fare redesign.   If approved by the board next month, this phase will eliminate or realign the lowest preforming routes in the system and save a projected $930,000 as planned in the FY 2016 budget.   Included in phase one are routes 1, 30, 58, 444, and the East Lake Connector.   Information on all routes affected will be available at every workshop as well as information on a potential fare redesign that will be the focus of the August board meeting.   Riders unable to attend are invited to send comments to engage@psta.net.
