WILDLIFE TRIVIA QUESTION of the WEEK

Common gray foxes are one of the most common mammals in California, but since these animals are active at night it can be very hard to spot one. One of the places you may want to look is: (a) Down - in the water - they sometimes like to swim in lakes, or slow-moving rivers and streams. (b) Under the hoods of automobiles that have just been run - for the heat of the engine. (c) Up - they can sometimes be found lounging in trees. (d) Behind - rocks, that is - they like to blend into gray fields of boulders.
